She was predeceased by: her former husband Henry Leon "Buddy" Beutler; her spouse Gail Graybill; her siblings, Clarence Driver, Annie Driver, Minnie Spitzer, Lula Trent, Joe Driver, Jessie Carter, Katie Bright, Leroy and Doyle "Buddy" Driver; and also, Denzil and Hazel Beutler.

She is survived by: her children, Lea Ann Beutler of Elk City, OK and Randy Beutler; her close friend Alice; her grandchildren, Felicia Cummins (J. W.) of Erick, OK and Donald Schreiner of Oklahoma City, OK; and her great grandchildren, Nate, Hannah, Corbin and Henry Cummins.
