He is survived by: his mother Susan Kaye Smithee (Jim Smithee) of Stratford; his son Brent (Kallie) of Elk City; his granddaughter Viola Lester; his grandparents, Robert and Pat Brown of Pickett; his siblings, Jennifer (Jon Landis) of Cleveland, Jessica (Zach Robertson) of Rector and Jeffrey (Deaven) of Stratford; and his uncles, Ricky Brown of Pickett and Roger (Phyllis) of Mustang.
