He is survived by: his wife Thelma Thomas; his daughter Elizabeth; his son-in-law Dennis Witherspoon; his grandchildren, Kerwin Carpenter (Lizz), Kendra, Gabriel Neely, Sarah, Rachel and Joy; and his daughter Esther Bold of Alaska. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren from the Thomas family; son.
