He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph J. Albert and Frieda Maloof Albert; his sister Patricia Ann Fields; and his in-laws, John and Cynthia Skaff.

He is survived by: his wife Patricia F. Skaff of Elk City; his children, Andrew James Albert (Lindsey) of Elk City and Christina Ann Rapella (Michael) of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Sloane Elaine Rapella, Greyson James Rapella and Evelyn James Albert; his sister Nancy Albert Kersey (Jim) of Edmond; and his siblings-in-law, Dennis Fields of Oklahoma City and Laurice Skaff Balian (Fred) of Altadena.

Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM, on Sunday, January 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Martin-Dugger Funeral Home and Cremation Services (600 W Country Club Blvd, Elk City, OK 73644). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. Matthew's Catholic Church (3001 N E Hwy 66, Sayre, OK 73644).
