He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his children, Kelly Short, Shelly Alford, Cecilia Smallwood, Richard Short and Dalton Short; his great grandchildren, Treyton Owens, David Owens, Jackie Owens, Triston Owens, Ty Owens, Michaela Brown and Robert Alford; and his sisters, Shirley Wilson of Enid, OK and Madeline Randlett. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
