She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruby Franklin (Dawson) and Earl Franklin; and her brothers, Freddie Franklin and Barry Franklin. She is survived by: her husband Vonnie Dee Williams of Elk City, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her family and friends.
