He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Clem and Adella Mary Chervenka (Kupka); his wife Barbara Raye Jones; his sons, Mike Looper, Tony Chervenka and Randy Chervenka; his grandchildren, Kenny Chervenka and Kandi Chervenka; his siblings, Anthony Chervenka and Della Mae Bohanon; and his nephew Jerry Bohanon Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Fell of Cordell, Oklahoma and Larry Chervenka (Terri) of Elk City, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jennifer Lueck of Cordell, Kassi Vanderwork (Ryan) of Elk City, Oklahoma, Bradley Chervenka (Michelle) of Canute, Oklahoma, Aubree Vanderwork of Elk City, Willow Vanderwork of Elk City, Hailey Loyd of Elk City, Michael Skipworth of Canute, Oklahoma and Ashton Chervenka of Canute, Oklahoma; his great great grandchild Jackson Loyd of Elk City, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Virginia Chain and Joe Chervenka.
