He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Box and Grace Lee Box (Hagy); and his son Lucas Box. He is survived by: his wife Yvonna Head; his children, Brian Jennings (Emma), Nathan Box (Brandon), Clayton (Alicia Box) and Jonetta Jennings; his brother Sharen Box of Fairview; and his grandchildren, Chayton Forbes, Darcy Forbes, Braxton Forbes, Jaycie Love Jennings, Hunter Jennings, Miguel Box, Gabriela Box, Austin Box and Jazmine Box.
