She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Brumley and Florence Evelyn Brumley (Kilpatrick); her son Ricky Dean Howell; and her brothers, Wallace Brumley and Roy Brumley.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Hoover of Elk City, Oklahoma; her children, Walter Howell of Elk City, Oklahoma, Skyler Hoover of Elk City, Oklahoma, Shawn Hoover (Connie) of Elk City, Oklahoma, Sidney Hoover (Amanda) of Elk City, Oklahoma, Evelyn Howell of Illinois, Rhonda Wells (Michael) of Enid, Della Davis of Ponca City, Sherri Logan of Elk City and Teresa Redd of Burns Flat, Oklahoma; and her brother James Brumley (Delena) of Piedmont, Oklahoma. She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren, twenty-seven great grandchildren; numerous other family members and friends.
