He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Flora Musick of Elk City, Oklahoma; his children, Damon Roy Herndon, Jesse David Herndon, Tony Herndon, Carl William Stone, Margie Ann Herndon and Roberta Gayle Dumas; and his sisters, Virginia Lee Jones and Sally Jean Maddox. He is also survived by his family, friends.
