He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oren Ward and Ethel Goines Ward; his wife Betty Schulz Ward; his siblings, Don Ward, Harold Ward, Kenneth Ward and Clara Lou Ward McClung; his cousins, Mary Lou Cluck Matthews, Sammie Kay Hurt and Jeff Goines; his nieces and nephews, Bobby Ward, Linda Kay Hoover, Donna Patterson, Larry Dale Ward, Teresa Burgess, Shelly McCown, Billy Staton and Paula Workman; and his stepchildren, Melody Geer, Don Jones and Jeff Jones.
