He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Verla Dean Hutchinson (Hughes) of Elk City, Oklahoma; his former wife Lori Jean Lowry; his wife Arlene Diane Smith; his daughters, Tiffany Shelton (Andy) of Elk City, Oklahoma and Tara Price (Josh) of Elk City, Oklahoma; his stepsons, Cliff Lopez (Stevie) of Foss, Daniel Lopez (Shakera) of Elk City and Brandon Lopez (Kristen) of Canute, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Tayte Shelton of Elk City, Micahla Lopez of New Mexico, Aubry Shelton of Elk City, Kelby Lopez of New Mexico, Melaine Lopez of Elk City, Aryen Lopez of Elk City, Donnie Lopez of Elk City, Cadence Lopez of Canute, Lilly Lopez of Elk City, Hunter Lopez of Canute, Charlie Lopez of Elk City, Victoria Lopez of Elk City, Lowry Price of Elk City, Kyle Lopez of Elk City, Liliana Price of Elk City, Jayse Lopez of Elk City and Leland Lopez of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his brother Mark Hutchinson (Jeri) of Elk City, Oklahoma; his sisters-in-law, Rita Hutchinson of Minco and Sally Hutchinson of Elk City, Oklahoma; his father Weldon Eugene Hutchinson; his brothers, Randy Hutchinson and Larry Hutchinson; and his nephew Jason Hutchinson. He was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

“To all the hutchinson family, we were so sorry to hear about chuck. He was my cousin. I have so many memories of him and his brothers running around grandma and grandpa's farm and they sure loved to tease me. Chuck and mark were the little one's so they were so much fun to watch.
