He was predeceased by: his parents, William Caldwell and Lola Caldwell; and his sister Wanda Hooper. He is survived by: his wife Lois Rogers Caldwell; his children, David Caldwell (Beth) of Elk City, Oklahoma and Jackie Caldwell of Sayre, Oklahoma; his granddaughters, Dawn Baines (Kevin) of Katy and Krissy Cordell (Patrick) of Elk City, Oklahoma; and his brother Paul Caldwell (Mary Sue) of Carnegie, Oklahoma.
