He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Waters and Audrey Waters; his sister-in-law Lynda Waters; and his aunts, Betty Bredy and Bonnie Clark.
He is survived by: his former wife Judy Cribbs; his daughter LaDonna; his spouse Keren Pryor; his children, Belynda Kilhoffer (Kevin), Ladonna Rongey, Steve Waters (Kim) and Marty Waters (Michelle); his grandchildren, Melissa, Micah, Susan, Landon, Joe Mike, Whitney, Justin, Tara, Cody, Niki, Nathan and Colton; his brother Bill Waters (Lisa); his nephew Aaron; his nieces, Andrea, Stacie, Mariah and Meagan; and his friends, John, Kathy Lyles, Allen and Jean Wright.
