He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Jay and Edith Jay (Osborne); his son Randy Logan; and his brother James Jay. He is survived by: his wife Valeria Mae Logan; his children, Bobby Jay (Jamie) of Oklahoma City and Laura Williams of Weatherford, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jason Williams (Erin), Jessica Browder (Dusty), Tristian Smith and Jordan Smith; his great grandchildren, Emma Williams, Jaydon Williams, Jamison Williams and Brookelynn Browder; and his sister Delvenia Lowrance.
