She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Stephanie. She is survived by: her former husband Leon Schones; her son Kent; her husband Corbin Newcomb; her sons, Steve and Rodney; her grandson Justin Schones; her great grandchildren, Corbin Eugene Chason and Abigail Chason; and also Christopher Chason of Florida.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Cater Funeral Home Chapel (1520 E Rollins St, Moberly, MO 65270). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, November 20th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
