He is survived by: his wife Brenda Kay Webster of Elk City, Oklahoma; his children, Jonathan Pebley of Elk City and Brandi Byrum of Weatherford, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Shannon Byrum of Weatherford, Oklahoma and Bella Byrum of Weatherford, Oklahoma; his siblings, Randy Sloan (Cindy) of Bessie, Oklahoma, Shelly Adcox (Ray) of Clinton and Joyce Sloan of St. Augustine, Illinois; and his friends, Shorty, Javier, Jamie, Riley and Raymond.
