He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosa Ethel "Rosie" Allen (Pinkston) and Jesse Albert Allen. He is survived by: his former spouse Shirley Allen (Cole); his sons, Gary Lee Allen, Michael Wayne Allen and Donald Keith Allen; his wife Lilla F. Allen (Creswell); his stepdaughter Shawna; his grandchildren, Tifaney Allen, Kayla (Nathan Bagheri), Blake (Sara Allen), Blaine (Courtney Allen), Aaron Hammer, Nicole Allen, Albert Allen, Kellie Allen, Brianna and Miranda Allen; his stepgranddaughter Emersyn; and his half-sister Kay Allen Stevens (Leonard). He is also survived by his boys, grandkids, and great grandkids.
