He was predeceased by: his son Xzander Rutz; and his brother-in-law Carl'Buddy'Tapp. He is survived by: his parents, Phillip Rutz and Mary Rutz; his children, Harmony, Slade and Malia Rutz; his siblings, Linda Rutz and Phillip Rutz II; his sister-in-law Shannon; and his sister Tiffany Tapp.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Ft. Sill National Cemetery (2648 NE Jake Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK 73538).
