He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Strobel and Phyllis VerStraten Strobel. He is survived by: his wife Cindy Strobel of Ropesville, Texas; his son Brett Strobel of Canyon, Texas; his sisters, Lynn Sharpe of Monroe, Michigan and Cindy; his brother-in-law Dave Rennie of Taylor, Michigan; his sister Jeannie; his brother-in-law Rob Traviss of Monroe, Michigan; his stepfather Dale Dashner of Monroe, Michigan.; and his siblings-in-law, Tom and Lydia Wilson of Burleson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
