She was predeceased by: her husband John F. Evans; her parents, Leroy Davis and Flossie Davis (Gunter); and her sons, John F. Evans Jr. and Omar J. Evans.
She is survived by: her children, Theresa M. Evans and Reid A. Evans Sr. (Nettie); her siblings, Lorraine Johnson, Pamela Davis, George Davis and Jerry Davis (Victoria); and her grandchildren, Latonya, John, Joya, Charity, Reid, Chantelle, Alyssa and Benjamin. She is also survived by great-grandchildren and (10) great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 20th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Elgin Funeral Home (602 A St, Elgin, OK 73538). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM.
