She was predeceased by: her husband David Dees; her son John Dees; her parents, Jim Seymour and Verma Seymour; and her siblings, Thomas Calvin Seymour, James Edward Seymour, Charles Lee Seymour, Alvin Ray Seymour, William Jackson Seymour, Walter Robert Seymour, Larry George Seymour, Virginia Louise Johnson, Betty Jo Simpson and Sharon Kay Seymour.
She is survived by: her children, Janie (Clyde Shaw) of Duncan and Don (Janet Dees) of Athens; her daughter-in-law Janice Dees of Richardson; her grandchildren, David Shaw, Damon (Amber Dees), Jessie (Chris Lowery), Jennifer Shaw, Daniel Dees, Jeannie Dees (Grant McAfee) and Johnna Dees; her great grandchildren, Rylan Shaw, Dalton Dees, Carson Dees, Presley Lowery, Hudson Lowery, Kayson McAfee and Macie McAfee; and her sister Judy Sue Phillips. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
