He is survived by: his wife Deborah Cox; his children, Julie Nottingham, Lorie Hutchison (Bobby), Ellen Erwin (Mac), Lisa Shaw and Thomas Hall; his grandchildren, Christopher Totte, Mark Crespo, Jared Erwin, Blake Crespo, Ryan Totte, Keri Reed, Wesley Erwin, Dallas Shaw, Josh Hutchison and Jordan Hutchison; his siblings, Claude Cox (Nancy) and Mona; his siblings-in-law, Peri Grover and John Mantell (Andrea); and his niece Debbie Gardner (Scott).
His family ask that no flowers be sent but that those wishing to memorialize his life make a donation to a charity of their choice or to South Penn Church of Christ's building fund.
