He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Rudolf Mathew Ehardt and Evelyn Ehardt (Earhart) of Enid, OK; his siblings, Charles Ehardt of Austin, TX, Martin "Dean" Ehardt of Enid, OK and Ruby "Darlene" Shreve of Enid, OK; and his close friend Earl Taylor.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Ehardt; his children, Stephanie Long (Brian) of Norman, OK, Stephen Ehardt (Annette) of Norman, OK, Cynthia Laney (Robert) of Lindsay, OK and Angela Jackman (Mark) of Blanchard, OK; his brother Jim Ehardt (Pamela) of Edmond, OK; his siblings-in-law, Harold Shreve of Enid, OK and Marty Ehardt of Austin, TX; and his close friend Chuck Angie (Linda) of Norman, OK.. He is also survived by 32 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; one great-great-granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Primrose Funeral Service (1109 N Porter Ave, Norman, OK 73071). A funeral service will be held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Monday, February 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fort Sill National Cemetery (2648 NE Jake Dunn Rd, Elgin, OK 73538).
