He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Waltman and Ruby Lee Waltman (Bates); and his siblings, Buster Waltman and Louise Huffman. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Waltman; his children, Bob (Kim Waltman) of Chickasha, Robin (Lonnie Risenhoover) of Sayre and Lisa (Phillip McCracken) of Bryan; and his grandchildren, Melissa Lester, Andy Waltman, Wally Bartlett, Mindy Renison, Sharie Stewart, Krystal Clements, Shelbie Bayer, Lacey Richards, Peyton McCracken and Londa Barker.
