He is survived by: his wife Edna Mae Douglas; his children, Mark Allen (Glenda Harjo), Carol Lawrence (Davie Lawrence) and Carla Eglsaer (Joseph Eglsaer); his grandsons, Zachary Johnson, Christian Lawrence and Jordan Lawrence; his great grandchild Armani Johnson; and his siblings, Barbara Allen, Alice Rattler, Carrie Ward, Pearl Allen, Margaret June White, John H. Allen and Leo Allen.
