He is survived by: his spouse Amarylis Ann Robertson; his children, Stuart Guy Mulanax of Warr Acres and Natalie Gayle Miller of Oklahoma City; and his granddaughters, Kirsten Grabenbauer of Flower Mound and Amanda Miller of Yukon. He is also survived by his family and friends.
