He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Williams and Ida Lena Williams (Nibbs); his siblings, Ida Mae Littlecoyote, Kathy Williams, Verna Lou Williams, Ted Williams, William Williams and Tim Williams; his nephew Levi Fourhorns; and his niece Amy Gould.
He is survived by: the mother of his children Elizabeth Wolfe of Cherokee, NC; his children, Seger Williams Jr., Richard Williams, Tyler Williams and Shyreece Williams; his siblings, Karen Fourhorns, Koreen Gaines of Canton, OK, Gail Williams, Ann Jean Williams of El Reno, OK, Richard Williams of Canton, OK and Kenny Ray Williams of El Reno, OK; and his nephew Tyrone Littlecoyote. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren.
