He is survived by: his former wife Theresa Rose; his children, Christy Koehn (Darren) and Shawn Miller (Jantzen); his grandchildren, Dallon Koehn, Dace Koehn and Shepherd Miller; and his siblings, Carol Polk, Eva Curtis, Connie Fleischhauer and Anastacio Perez. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
