He is survived by: his wife Vicki Proctor; his children, Shane Proctor of El Reno, OK. and Trisha Murray; his grandchildren, Brady Proctor, Miles Murray and Maddie Murray; his siblings, Kevin Proctor of Rye, Kyle Proctor and Deann Riley of El Reno, OK.; his mother-in-law Patricia Reuter of El Reno, OK.; and his nieces and nephews, Jay, Michael, Brynna Riley, Landon, Logan Proctor and Lauren Epps.
In lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Canadian County Museum.
