He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Allen and Ada Allen (Thomas); and his child Noel Kent Allen Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Doris Gerstal; his former wife Gale Bond Allen; and his children, Oliver Allen, Roney Allen, Michael Allen, Richard Meyer and Barbara Meyer. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
