She was predeceased by: her parents, Omar Riley and Wauneta Riley; her husband Leon Liebscher; and her father-in-law Ernest Liebscher. She is survived by: her child LaNeta Jean Jack (Steve); her brother Jack Riley (Judy); her sons, Lester Liebscher (Monica) and Loren Liebscher (Kimberly); her grandchildren, Lydia Wolff (Charlie), Mallory Liebscher, Logan Guth (Shaylea), Sarah Diaz (Andres), Kelsey Hines (Stewart), Lindsey Mikael (Brandon) and Colton Blaze Liebscher; and her great grandchildren, Kaybree, Akela, Hudson, McKenna, Lucas, Marayah, Eli, Ellis and Amelia Jayne.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made in Neta Jo's name to Mobile Meals of El Reno or Mt. Zion Memorial Fund.
