He is survived by: his wife Treva Barker; his daughters, Julie (Perry Owens), Jamie (Richard Gulickson) and Tamie (Clay McManaman); his grandchildren, Blaine, Diana Owens, Blake Owens, Baleigh, Trey Henley, Dara, Travis Finnigan, Michael Costin, Brookelyn Costin, Makenzie, Blake Dewberry, Seth, Teegan Stevens, Salem Stevens, Chase, Nicci McManaman, Cole, Tori McManaman, Ty, Sidney Gulickson, Chris, Amber Gulickson and Heather Gulickson; his great grandchildren, Raydn, Jerzie, Brax Finnigan, Steele Stevens, Ford Dewberry and Brooks Henley; his sister-in-law Martha Bollinger (late Scott); and his nieces and nephews, Mark, Lori Rubes, Debra, Lance Brown, Kari, Andy Breshears, Kory, Sara Bollinger, Karli, Charlie Ross, Kayli, Craig McKee, Kami, Scott Shackelford, Kolby Bollinger, Kynzi, Dillion Young, Kyler, Haley Bollinger, Kwyn, Brent Weaver, Kade Bollinger and Kolton Bollinger. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
His greatest contribution to his family was to instill a love for Christ and to remain faithful, even through difficult times.
