He was predeceased by: his parents, James Otterbine Sr. and Betty Casey; and his siblings, LeRoy Otterbine and Joy Otterbine. He is survived by: his children, Rebecca Martin (Justin) of Yukon and James Glen Otterbine (Natosha) of El Reno; his siblings, Tammy Turner, Vickie Murillo, Johnny Casey and David Otterbine; and his grandchildren, Haley Martin, Ryan Martin, Charley Martin and Kadin Otterbine. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
James fought hard but was overcome by his long battle with Parkinson's disease.
