He is survived by: his wife Jewel Mathews; his children, Tamela Mathews of Sayre, OK, Mike Mathews (Deborah) of Geary, OK and Erica Lewis of El Reno, OK; his grandchildren, Meagan Mathews, Morganne Hartley and Marshall Mathews; and his great grandchild Noah Sanders. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
