He is survived by: his wife Connie Sorensen; his children, Mark Sorensen of Ruff, Sherry and Jeff Whitinger of Aurora; his stepson Tracy Mitchell of Oklahoma City; and his grandsons, Clayton Sorensen of Las Vegas, Brandon Sorensen of Orangevale and Zack Whitinger of Aurora, Colorado..
