He was predeceased by: his parents, Stella Miller (Cochran) and Lewis H. Miller; his significant other Phyllis Miller; and his sister Donna. He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Tucker, Terri Holland and Patty Long. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren.
