He is survived by: his wife Myrna Robertson Bartley; his siblings, Lois Smith (Jack), Joe Bartley (Betty) and Benny Bartley (Sharon); his daughter Amber Palmquist (Chad); his grandson Charlie Palmquist; and his stepchildren, Billy, Melissa, Darla and Kim.
