She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack McIntosh and Mary McIntosh (Barker); and her brothers, Paul, Buddy and Bill McIntosh.
She is survived by: her significant other Charles Keller of Yukon; her children, Kathy Randolph (Keith) of Shawnee, Scott Dolan (Debra) of Crowley, TX and Michael Keller of Irving, TX; her grandchildren, Christopher (Sam) of Shawnee, Jeremy of Shawnee, J. D. Randolph of Shawnee and Autumn Morgan of Crowley, TX; her great grandchildren, Peyton, Angel, Skyler Randolph and Dawson Morgan; her niece Teri Morrison (Russ); and her nephew Randy McIntosh (Shari) of Oklahoma City.
