It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Dean Baker (El Reno, Oklahoma), who passed away on January 23, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Elsworth and Ethleen Virginia McKee Alsup (Virginia). She is survived by: her husband John Baker; her brother Donald Alsup (Nancy); her sons, Dr. Wylie Briggs (Nancy), Scott Briggs (Dana) and Jason Briggs (Stephanie); her stepdaughter Mary Catherine Bullock (Brooke); and her grandchildren, Tara Harris (Mike), Shaylan Briggs, Kylie Overton (Justin), Amelia, Violet, Beau Briggs, Chole, Olivia Bullock, Jake, Will and Sam Bieschke.
Viewing was held on Monday, January 27th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Wilson Funeral Home (100 N Barker Ave, El Reno, OK 73036). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Heaston Church (7501 S Heaston Rd, El Reno, OK 73036). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 at the Hinton Cemetery (821 Marion Ave, Hinton, OK 73047).
