He was predeceased by: his parents, Clay Hart and Ida V. Hart (Martin); his wife Sandra Hart; his sister Idanelle White; his siblings-in-law, Bill, Alice Cleaver, Carol and Duane Kreutzer; and his nephew Jeffrey Hart.
He is survived by: his children, Sherri Newport (David) of Peoria, AZ and Jerry DeFord (Sherry) of Norman, OK; his daughter-in-law Juli Gant Hart of Walters, OK; his grandchildren, Samantha Stepanek (Neil), Michael Hart (Morgan), Ashli Adams (Seth), Steven Newport (Sarah), Madesyn Newport (Alexis), Britane Outlaw (Jason) and Drake Diacon; his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Ralston Stepanek, Becklynn, Walker Hart, Todd, Taylor Adams and Gwendolyn Boese; and his brothers, Clinton Hart (Sandra) of Walters, Gary Hart (Stacy) of Lawton and Daryl Hart (Carol) of Sterling. He is also survived by nephews and nieces, other family members, friends.
