He was predeceased by: his parents, James Andrew "Andy" Webb and Katherine "Katie" Murphy McIntyre Webb; his son Joe; and his wife Janice Joan Williams. He is survived by: his daughters, Kellie Carel (Randy) and Marcy Bomhak (Terry); his daughter-in-law Melissa Webb; his grandchildren, Juston Tech (Kacie), Cody Bomhak (Jenna), Nikki Henley (Adam), Brandi Austin (Matt), Matt Carel (Keesha), Clint Webb and Abigail Webb; and his great grandchildren, Rayna, Karl, Bryce, Bailey, Jace, Riley, Katy, Kash, Dylan, Brayden, Easton and Leon.
