It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bartlett Earl Haugh (El Reno, Oklahoma), who passed away on November 7, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl O. Haugh and Gladys Pollum Haugh; his sisters, Opal O'Grady, Grace Ongley and Millie Barker; his grandchild Gail Ann; his wife Margie J. McKinney; and his daughter Gail Ann.

He is survived by: his brother Gary Haugh; and his sons, Edward, Roger and Robert.
