He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Carl and Letha Ophelia Spurlin (Redden); and his sister-in-law Russelyn Rankin. He is survived by: his child Yukon; his brother-in-law Joe Rankin; his son Ron Spurlin of Phoenix, AZ; his wife Michelle Lynn; his daughter Tracy Higgs; his grandchildren, Jessica Higgs (Gabe Morales) and Jackson Higgs; his great grandchild Beckett Morales; his uncle Bill; and his niece Tara Gurley of Little Rock, AR.. He is also survived by his 6 siblings.
Family asks that donations be made to the Mercy Hospital Foundation in Bill's name.
