He was predeceased by: his wife Sandra; his daughter Tami Wong (Mitchell); and his granddaughter Kelsey Bransby. He is survived by: his children, Sheila Davis (Mitchell) of Oklahoma City and William Mitchell, Jr. of San Antonio; his grandchildren, Sophie Wong, Max Wong, Brookelyn Mitchell, Drake Mitchell and McKenzie Mitchell; and his sister Mary Lou Morgan (Dave) of Harrisville. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
