He was predeceased by: his parents, Loral Moyer and Wilma Moyer (Williams); and his wife Mary Moyer. He is survived by: his daughters, Pamela Bennett and Melinda Newman (Kenneth Newman); his grandchildren, Julie (Curtis), Scott (Emily) and Brett (Lauren); his great grandchildren, Judah, Connor, Luna and Cora; and his sister Marilyn Maher of Pawhuska. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

His memory will be cherished and his contributions to his community, state, and country will continue to inspire.
