She was predeceased by: her father W. Paul Cunningham. She is survived by: her children, Stacie Beth Sarff of Edmond and Scott Sherman Sarff of Oklahoma City; her sister Deneice Cunningham Rice (Bradley R.) of Madison, GA; and her caregivers, Shar, Sherri and Viki.
