She was predeceased by: her parents, Virginia Schwartz and John Kovach (Fred Hafeken); her brother John Kovach; her sister-in-law Rita Kovach; and her sisters, Joyce S. Parker and Virginia Eckle.
She is survived by: her child Kurt F. Hafeken Sr. (Fran, Therese M.); and her sister Jinny Rojas (Dan Galligan). She is also survived by 3 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren.
