He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward George Fell and Bernadine E. Fell (Martin); and his siblings, George Fell, Judy Harmon and Mary Quinn.
He is survived by: his wife Amy Fell (Warren); his children, Scott Fell of Birmingham, AL, Steven Fell of Birmingham, AL, Ryan Gray (Stacy) of Edmond, Katie Mangus (Greg) of Edmond and Evan Gray (Adriana) of Okla; and his grandchildren, Ashton, Everett, Lincoln, Julian and Eleanor.
