She was predeceased by: her mother Lorene Cooper; and her husband Rev. Neal Mayfield. She is survived by: her daughters, Michelle, Angie and Amy; her sister Gwen; her niece Kelley; her nephew K. C.; her granddaughter Elizabeth; and her great grandchildren, Gage, Emma and Malcolm.
